The only reason that your weight goes down is because you are emptying your digestive tract and losing water. What’s worse is you can start losing muscle. As soon as you start eating again, you will go right back to your original weight. Losing weight rapidly can also be dangerous to your health. For example, it can increase your risk of developing gallstones. If you are going to go on a healthy diet and keep the weight off, you need to be patient and do it the right way.
